Psoria-Gold®

Curcumin, the active ingredient in the spice, turmeric, is an agent shown to be beneficial to the skin when used topically. It has been used in different skin conditions, and particularly those associated with inflammation and some forms of skin damage.1

Curcumin appears to influence complex biochemical inflammatory pathways in skin conditions associated with red and scaly skin conditions, with an end result of enabling damaged skin to return to a more normal appearance. Psoria-Gold™ curcumin gel is a cosmeceutical specially formulated for red, scaly or sun-damaged skin.

In its pure form, curcumin is not absorbed through the skin. Psoria-Gold® is a patented formulation that allows absorption of curcumin through the skin with efficacy.2

Simplified Directions: Wash the skin with gentle soap and water. Pat dry with a towel. If your skin is thick and scaly, you may apply a layer of rubbing alcohol prior to applying PsoriaGold. However, if the skin is cracked, dry, sun-damaged, irritated or inflamed, you may dampen the skin with water instead, before application.

Use a Q-tip to transfer a small dab of Psoria-Gold onto the skin. Do not re-dip, so as not to transfer bacteria from the skin back to the jar. While the skin is still damp, massage a thin layer of gel quickly, yet thoroughly, over the skin before it dries, spreading it out as far as it will go. A generous application is not necessary. If Psoria-Gold stains the skin yellow, feels sticky or appears flaky, too much has been applied.

You may use sunscreen, moisturizer or makeup over the Psoria-Gold layer once it is dry. Keep jar tightly closed to prevent from drying out. Store in a cool, dry place.

Caution

Do not use Psoria-Gold on eyes or mucous membranes. Do not use on open wounds. Do not take by mouth. For external use only. May cause temporary stinging. Keep PsoriaGold out of reach of children.
