Shipping Information

Patient orders are shipped either Priority Mail or FedEx in the U.S. Delivery time is quoted as 2-5 days by the post office but sometimes takes a few days more. Large orders may be shipped insured FedEx ground. Delivery time is 1-5 business days. We charge $5 for delivery in the U.S., no matter how much you order. Free shipping is available when you choose optional auto-reorder or if your order exceeds $300.

Bulk orders to Practitioners are shipped FedEx Ground. Delivery time varies based on your distance from our warehouse in Southern California. Delivery time is 1-5 business days. We charge $5 for delivery in the U.S.

International orders are shipped either FedEx or Global Priority Mail. You are responsible to ensure that you can import the nutritional supplements that you order. You are also responsible for any duties, customs or other taxes imposed by your government. Please see the international page for territories where we ship and delivery charges outside the U.S.
